All seed sales and live plant sales are final.

Due to the nature of seeds and live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Germination and plant performance are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, watering practices, weather, transplant handling, and climate. As such, we cannot guarantee performance once products are in the customer’s care.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can assess the issue and make it right.
